Very scientific and well researched, but I don't think I will be trying this diet anytime soon. I was hoping to gain new insight to my chronic pain, but it was overwhelming to read this book, so I had to take it one chapter at a time.

I think there is valuable information in this book, and I am not dismissing the evidence found in the literature review, but I also felt overwhelmed and confused at times. All I can do is keep researching and reading, and trying new things, diets and all. One day the Very scientific and well researched, but I don't think I will be trying this diet anytime soon.
